Executive Board Room
A stately room for important meetings or presentations, this impressive space has a large, custom-built table with leather reclining chairs, which accommodate 22 people. Additional seating available on sofa and side chairs. A presentation screen lowers from the ceiling. Windows open to views of the valley and old town Auburn. Adjoining restroom.

Charbonneau Room
Our largest conference room has an adjoining registration area and access to a balcony with views of old town Auburn and the surrounding foothills. The casually elegant setting is ideal for conferences, receptions, or banquets.
Dimensions: 42’ x 44’ (registration area 12’ x 30’)
Maximum Capacity: 150 persons theater-style and 80 persons for banquets.
Conroy Room
Ideal for informal presentations, brainstorming sessions or break-out groups, the Conroy room seats participants around a rectangular table in the center of the room.
Dimensions: 13’ x 23’
Maximum Capacity: 15 persons (best suited for 8 to 12 persons)
