Celebrate Independence Day in Old Town Auburn! Making plans for the 4th of July? Start the day off by coming to Old Town Auburn for the annual pancake breakfast provided by our own Auburn Hook & Ladder Co. They'll be serving pancakes, bacon & eggs, and juice from 7 to 11 a.m.
From 9 a.m. to noon, enjoy family fun featuring Old Fashioned Kids games including foot races, a gunny sack race, shoe race, barrel hoop roll, tug-of-war, water balloon toss, a watermelon eating contest, and the infamous greased pole climb. Winners will be awarded prizes and ribbons!
In the evening, take a short walk up the Gold Country Fairgrounds to watch the Annual 4th of July Parade followed by fireworks. There's something for everyone in Old Town Auburn!
